Licences required for Caravan Sites, Motor Salvage Operators and Scrap Metal Dealers. Information on Buskers.

  • Caravan Sites

    Licence required by proprietors of caravan sites provided for members of the public. All caravan sites require a site licence except for: those registered with the Caravan Club (CL) with a maximum of 5 pitches; or those registered with the Camping and Caravan Club (CS) with a maximum of 5 touring pitches and 5 tent pitches; or any site in existence prior to 1960.

  • Motor Salvage Operators

    Three year licence for motor salvage operators to be registered with the local authority in whose area the business is situated.

  • Scrap Metal Dealers

    Licence required for the dealing in scrap metal or the running of a scrap metal business.

  • Buskers

    For information only. Street performing (busking) is a time-honoured art form that can add to the attractiveness and colour of the local area.
