My Citizens Account (NNDR)

You are now able to view your Non Domestic (Business Rate) account online
The service will allow you to view:
  • A full statement of your account
  • A list of your payments
  • The instalments to be paid
  • Details of any reliefs you receive

You will also be able to:

  • Register for electronic (paper free) billing
  • Set up a direct debit for easier payment and choice of payment dates
  • Provide information to us regarding changes to your account such as moving into or out of a property
  • Apply for Rate Reliefs
