North Norfolk Health Improvement Forum

North Norfolk Health Improvement Forum

The main aims of the North Norfolk Health Improvement Forum are to work together on local priorities and issues, which affect individuals and communities’ health and wellbeing, as well as reducing health inequalities.

The Forum is made up of a core group of organisations who work locally in North Norfolk and who have key roles and responsibilities in improving health outcomes and services.

At its first meeting in May 2011, the Forum identified general health and wellbeing themes based on local strategies; data and knowledge where it was agreed that a multi agency project / approach would offer improved health opportunities / outcomes.  Priorities for each theme will be identified.  Using a range of methods, the Forum will engage, involve and consult with other organisations and community groups on projects and services, to support each priority, as appropriate.
