Road gullies in adopted highways are normally the responsibility of Norfolk County Council. They can be contacted on 0344 800 8020.

To report a problem with a drain in a road please use Norfolk County Council's on-line reporting form or telephone the Highways Department on 0344 800 8009.

Road gullies in unadopted highways are the responsibility of the highway owner to undertake repairs. This is normally the responsibility of all properties gaining access to the highway to pay for maintenance unless alternative proof of ownership is available.
