On October 1st 2006, West Norfolk Primary Care Trust merged with North Norfolk Primary Care Trust, Southern Norfolk Primary Care Trust, Broadland Primary Care Trust and Norwich Primary Care Trust to form Norfolk Primary Care Trust.
