Disability Forum

The Disability Forum began in response to a recommendation within Norfolk's Joint Strategy for People with Physical or Sensory Disabilities.

The aim of the forum is to improve the health and wellbeing of people with physical and sensory disabilities, other disabilities and their carers by helping them to shape decisions and policies that affect their lives. Meetings are open to disabled people, carers of disabled people and organisations representing/for disabled people. The aim is that the forum should be run by disabled people for disabled people.

• want to be involved in organising meetings
• would like to attend the next meeting but need help with arranging and/or paying for transport. The Forum is happy to reimburse travel costs
