Common Housing RegisterThe Council does not own any 'council housing' in North Norfolk. All of the social housing within the district is managed by housing associations and specialist housing providers. There are currently 10 housing associations and trusts operating in the district, managing approximately 6000 properties between them. The Common Housing Register is the main waiting list for housing association vacancies in the North Norfolk District. The Register is administered by North Norfolk District Council. This Register provides information on people in housing need and wanting to live in the North Norfolk area. This means that if you register for rehousing in North Norfolk we will consider you for rehousing to housing property in the district. To register please either request or download an Common Housing Register Application Form (Word). The main social housing landlord within North Norfolk is Victory Housing Trust previously known as North Norfolk Housing Trust. Victory Housing Trust currently own and manage approximately 4700 properties, employ 80 staff and serve over 10,000 residents. Their activities include:-
