LDF Topic Papers

The following topic papers were prepared to provide more detailed background on particular issues and summarise the available evidence and are intended to help inform the preparation of new planning policies. They look at issues raised in previous consultation exercises, summarise recently commissioned studies and review existing policy.

These documents were produced in October 2005 to support a public consultation exercise carried out by OPERA Research on behalf of the Authority.
