Land Ownership and Boundaries
- How do I find out the land ownership or where the boundaries of a property are?
If it is your own property you should find the boundaries specified on the deeds of the property.

Maps
Streets, Roads and Highways
Norfolk County Council is responsible for collecting details of roads and streets in Norfolk.
Drainage
- Where are my drains?
They may be on a plan of any planning consents for the property. The Council does not hold any overall plan of drains for the area.

- Is there proof of surface water run off into a soakaway?
This maybe on a planning consent for the property. Building Regulations Control do not keep plans for more than 15 years after completion and there may be a fee to find the information.

- Can you recommend a builder / architect / tradesperson?
No, the Council cannot make recommendations. You will have to ask around or use the yellow pages or a local newsletter.
