Abandoned and End of Life Vehicles
How to determine whether a vehicle has been abandoned, the penalties that apply to such a vehicle, and how to report one.
There are two types of concessionary travel pass: the age-related pass and the disabled pass. The passes are available to all Norfolk residents who meet the age or disability requirements and it’s free to apply online or by post.

A skip licence is required if you plan to place a skip on a public highway. The highway consists of the footpath, the verge or the roadside. Please see Norfolk County Council website for further information.
