North Norfolk District Council are seeking to appoint a suitable Architect to produce a concept schemes for the refurbishment and redevelopment of a Grade II listed building that is currently in a serious state of neglect and requires substantial repair. For the purpose of the procurement North Norfolk District Council will be the Contracting Authority.

The first phase is for a feasibility study with concept plans and budget estimates for the development of the property to enable a business case to be developed by the Council. RIBA stages 0 to 2.

If viable and funding approved by the Council, the second phase will be to take the plans forward through the planning, building control, development process and CDM requirements of Principle Designer. RIBA stages 3 to 7.

The tender will be conducted via the Delta-eSourcing solution Tender Box; interested parties can view the Invitation to Bid documents once registration has taken place.
