North Norfolk District Council are seeking to appoint a suitable Contractor(s) for the Services of Repairs and repainting of Fair Meadow House, Itteringham, Wolterton Road Norfolk NR11 7AF Procurement Reference PROC010Q. For the purpose of the procurement North Norfolk District Council will be the Contracting Authority.

The Services will comprise:

The repair and repainting of Fair Meadow House, Wolterton Road, Itteringham, Norfolk NR11 7AF. The windows need to be repaired as necessary and painted both externally and internally, painting of the house to be external only.
Site Visit: The premises can be visited between 11:00 and 14:30 on any Friday or from 14:00 hours on 31 August through to 6 September 2018, the site cannot be visited at any other time.

The quotation will be conducted via the Delta-eSourcing solution Quick Call; interested parties can view the Invitation to Bid documents once registration has taken place.
