North Norfolk District Council (NNDC)/Coastal Partnership East is seeking a suitably experienced and competent coastal management project professional to act on its behalf as an expert to support and enable the delivery of the Bacton to Walcott Coastal Management (Sandscaping) Scheme. The role will be required to provide reports and advice (as necessary) to the Project Steering Committee and Project Team.

North Norfolk District Council (NNDC) is leading the preparation and delivery of the Bacton to Walcott Coastal Management (Sandscaping) Scheme. The scheme seeks to protect nationally important gas infrastructure at the Bacton Terminal complex and provide coastal management benefits to the adjacent communities of Bacton and Walcott. The Sandscaping approach has developed from the Dutch Sandmotor project and will utilise the placement of large volumes of sediment on the foreshore.

The quotation will be conducted via the Delta-eSourcing solution Quick Call; interested parties can view the Invitation to Bid documents once registration has taken place.
