Advice on wildlife issues, especially in relation to development, can be sought. The section was also involved with production of the Norfolk Biodiversity Action Plan and has a close working relationship with a wide variety of nature conservation organisations including Natural England. A checklist for NNDC Designated Sites and Priority Habitats Survey Requirements is available here to ensure planning applications submit the required level of survey.
