Our waste collection service is a cost effective way of disposing your household garden waste.

HMOs must be provided with adequate fire safety measures. National statistics show that HMO residents are at least eight times more likely to die or suffer serious injury from fire. If the HMO is large with more than three storeys the risk increases even further.

There is additional legislation that applies to all residential property with ’common areas’ (that is blocks of flats, converted houses and traditional bedsit type HMOs) requiring completion of a risk assessment.
