Are you organised with a keen interest in customer service, looking to work in a busy office environment?

Here at NNDC, we have an exciting opportunity for two Apprentice Revenues Officers. We offer a wide range of learning and development programmes, real life experience and the ability to "earn while you learn". We are looking for someone who has strong IT skills, great customer care and an eye for detail.

During this apprenticeship, you will gain:

  • An understanding of billing and collection of council tax and non-domestic (business) rates.
  • Experience in maintaining computerised records and dealing with varied correspondence.
  • The ability to respond confidently to customer enquiries via email and telephone.

Working alongside experts within the field, you will gain valuable work experience whilst completing a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration.

*the rate of pay is for apprentices aged 25 and over is £8.21 per hour, for those aged 21 – 24 the rate of pay is £7.70 per hour, for those aged 18 – 20 £6.15 per hour, and for those under 18 £4.35 per hour.
