At the heart of our ambitious plans is the need for excellent financial control and management to enable the Council to deliver its priorities under ever increasing financial constraints which require the Council to be innovative and forward thinking in delivering services.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Corporate Finance Team, providing a range of accounting, budgeting, treasury management and insurance support to service departments within the Council.

We offer an interesting and varied role in a dynamic, constantly changing environment, together with the opportunity to gain practical financial and accounting experience. You will be part of a small team who operate at the core of the Council’s functions.
