Our waste collection service is a cost effective way of disposing your household garden waste.
At North Norfolk District Council, we are delivering a significant programme of Digital Transformation which will impact on every aspect of our organisation. It will deliver better value, quality, and efficiency in all of our services across North Norfolk.
At the heart of that transformation is the use of systems and software that support the work of the specialist teams within the Council.
To enhance the support for this we are looking to appoint an Applications Support Analyst to join the small team developing and maintaining the Council’s third party and internally developed systems and software.
The successful applicant will work on the implementation, support and maintenance of software and systems which support the business processes of all of the teams delivering Council Services to the public.
You will be flexible, adaptable and accurate in your work. You will develop your existing skills to support users, systems and data used by the Council.
With an existing understanding and interest in the use of scripting and reporting tools, to manage a wide variety of systems, software and data effectively, you will also be keen to develop your knowledge and skills in this area further.
North Norfolk District Council is committed to equality and diversity in employment and encourages applications from all sections of the community. We offer employees a friendly working environment, flexible working hours and a career average pension scheme.
Please note that we do not accept CVs unless accompanied by a fully completed application form. Direct applicants only please. For further information or an informal discussion please contact Sean Kelly, Head of Business Transformation & IT by email: email@example.com or phone: 01263 513 811.
