Here at NNDC, we have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Revenues Officer. We offer a wide range of learning and development programmes, real life experience and the ability to “earn while you learn”. We are looking for a motivated, self-confident person with well-developed communication skills and IT skills, with an eye for detail and who will take pride in providing great customer service.
During this apprenticeship, you will gain:
- An understanding of billing and collection of council tax and non-domestic (business) rates.
- Experience in maintaining computerised records and dealing with varied correspondence.
- The ability to respond confidently to customer enquiries via email and telephone.Working alongside experts within the field, you will gain valuable work experience whilst completing a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration.
