North Norfolk is an attractive rural District with beautiful coastline, fantastic landscapes and big skies within easy reach of the fine City of Norwich.
Working as part of a specialist, cross authority coastal management team, Coastal Partnership East, we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic person to play a key role in working with communities to plan and develop innovative, UK leading approaches to adapting communities to coastal change.
The Coastal Partnership East authorities are at the forefront of coastal management initiatives and are seeking to implement coastal change solutions on a local basis and influence the national coastal agenda. The person we are seeking will be enthusiastic about the coast, be able to investigate, plan and develop new ideas, actively engage with communities and have a drive to deliver a bright future for our coastline.
You will be an excellent communicator, share your enthusiasm for the coast, able to sensitively engage with communities, build long lasting rapport and become a well-known representative in key communities.
You will be able to develop a vision, explore issues, identify opportunities, prioritise and plan approaches to deliver solutions for the short and long term.
If you want to be part of an enthusiastic and forward thinking team, with a varied and challenging workload - we would like to hear from you.
