North Norfolk is an attractive rural District with beautiful coastline, fantastic landscapes and big skies within easy reach of the fine City of Norwich.

Working as part of a specialist, cross authority coastal management team, Coastal Partnership East, we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic person to assist and provide general technical support in a range of activities relating to the management of the Norfolk and Suffolk coasts.

The main duties will include development and oversight of Marine Licensing and Planning Consent Application and monitoring processes, standardization of Planning Application consultation responses across the CPE authorities, management and development of the coastal archive, providing support in raising orders for good and services, supporting community engagement including contributions to a range of publicity/ educational material and completing site visits as required.

You will be well-organised, practical and possess good communication skills as you will be expected to deal with day to day customer enquiries, directing them to appropriate information.

You will be expected to be flexible and adaptable, potentially completing a wide variety of activities to support members of the coastal management team.
