We have vacancies in the Digital Mailroom, based in Cromer, providing support to all other services of the council.
The post will be focussed on providing efficient corporate scanning and indexing services, but duties may also include cashiering, stationary, opening, sorting, delivering, dispatching and providing advice on postal functions.
With the aim to improving our customers’ experience we are currently making many exciting changes within the Council and you will be joining the team at a busy time as we move towards a modern and digital mailroom.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated and make a real contribution to the current team. You will be confident in using IT and be quick and accurate in your work. You will work as part of a small team to meet required deadlines; you will therefore need to be flexible in your approach to work.
