An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Housing Options team. The Housing Options Administration Assistant is a key role within the service area, providing clerical and administration support to the Housing Options team. Some of the key responsibilities involve maintaining web based documents , updating statistical information, undertaking annual reviews of customers that are members of the housing waiting list and maintain rent accounts for homeless clients in temporary accommodation

The suitable candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to demonstrate a willingness to learn, be enthusiastic and self- motivated with the ability to work within a fast paced environment.
