North Norfolk is unrivalled as a place to live and work. An area of outstanding natural beauty, the quality of life is excellent with mile after mile of stunning countryside, unspoilt coastlines and beaches, yet still within easy reach of the bustling cosmopolitan city of Norwich.

Leading an HR team encompassing recruitment, employee relations, learning and development and payroll, you will have a background as a true HR generalist who is able to work at both an operational and strategic level.

At North Norfolk District Council, we believe that our people are our biggest asset and this is evidenced through our Gold Investors in People award. Our people tell us that this is a great place to work with an open culture and exceptional learning and development opportunities. We offer employees a great working environment, flexible working options and a career average pension scheme.
