We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to provide support to the Corporate Leadership Team to help deliver an efficient and customer focused service.
You will be working as part of a small team who provide PA support to senior managers and elected members. You will need to be able to juggle a very busy workload, prioritising in the right way and working effectively with your team.
We are looking for someone who has previously worked as a PA and who is confident and effective at minute taking. Strong communication skills are critical in this role so we will be looking for someone that verbally communicates well, is confident and has a keen eye for detail.
We are particularly interested to hear from you if you have worked in a paperless environment and you are familiar with document management systems. As a minimum you will be highly IT literate.
