You will be positive, enthusiastic and forward thinking, with an RTPI recognised degree or diploma in planning or, educated to degree level with three years practical experience in development management with a local planning authority.
Whilst the post sits within the busy Householder applications team, who process around 80% of all applications within the department, you will be handling a case load of other more complex applications as well as householders, depending on your experience.
