A vacancy has arisen within the Postal and Scanning Services team, based in Cromer, providing support to all other services of the Council.

The post will be focussed on providing efficient corporate scanning and indexing services, but duties may also include opening, sorting, delivering, dispatching and providing advice on the postal functions.

With the aim of improving our customer’s experience we are currently making many exciting changes within the Council and you will be joining the team the team at a busy time as we move towards a modern and digital post room.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated and make a real contribution to the current team. If you are committed and motivated by a desire to provide excellent customer service this role could be for you. You will be confident in using IT and be quick and accurate in your work. You will work as part of a small team to meet required deadlines; you will therefore need to be flexible in your approach to work.
