We are looking for two Revenue Officers to join our high performing Team. Primarily working within Council Tax and Non-Domestic (Business) Rates dealing with billing, collection and enforcement.
With excellent IT skills, you will have the ability to use a variety of computer systems and be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy in your work within a pressurised environment. Experience of working to tight deadlines and excellent organisational and communication skills are vital to the role. Experience of document management systems would be an advantage.
Applicants must possess good verbal and numeracy skills in order to negotiate debt payments with customers both over the telephone and in person, in sometimes difficult circumstances and be tenacious in their approach.
