We are currently looking for a Rough Sleeper Co-Ordinator to join our busy Housing Options team. The team delivers a vital service, securing and sustaining housing for clients across the district and the role is key to the provision of information and assistance to our clients to enable a greater access to suitable housing across all tenures, with a particular emphasis on sustaining independent living and homeless prevention.

This role works closely with clients that have been identified as roughs sleeping and being homeless or requiring a housing need and agencies to help clients obtain and sustain permanent housing. The suitable candidate will hold the necessary experience of working with a variety of people across the community with a range of social needs.

We are looking for someone who is dynamic, confident and assertive yet is empathetic and non-judgemental with the ability to mediate and manage potential difficult situations.
