The successful candidate will have a progressive and forward thinking mind-set in order to build and maintain positive relationships with our customers and stakeholders. A flexible approach with a “can do” attitude is essential for this role.  The post requires excellent customer service and communication skills, along with a diplomatic nature and a good sense of humour.

Weekend working is required, and the suitable candidate will need to work extended hours over the peak periods. Experience working with the public or within the tourism sector is preferred but not essential.
