You will be positive, enthusiastic and forward thinking, ideally with a degree and professional qualification in Town and Country Planning together with eligibility for full membership of the RTPI.
The Major Projects team are responsible for a range of larger scale application proposals including housing and commercial as well as helping to deliver innovative solutions for affordable housing. The team are also involved in large scale renewable energy projects including Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to take on a wide variety of work and become a key member of the team helping to negotiate positive outcomes for the wider public benefit.
