This post offers an exciting and rewarding opportunity for the successful candidate to shape the future service delivery of the Early Help and Prevention Service. They will research best practice, explore partnership and joint funding opportunities, invest to save initiatives and co-production with customers of the various services.  

The ethos of the service is to use a person centred approach to support residents to identify their needs and find solutions which allow them to improve their health and wellbeing and quality of life.
