Here at NNDC, we have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our support team for Revenues & Benefits as an Apprentice Systems Administration Officer. We offer training, qualifications, real life experience and the opportunity to “earn while you learn”.

As well as gaining valuable work experience supporting the Revenues & Benefits department , you will work towards completing a Level 2 standard/framework Apprenticeship in Business Administration.
As a Systems Administration apprentice you will trained to support, maintain and develop the current software systems. You will complete a wide range of duties including working with spreadsheets, inputting data, maintaining computerised records, providing support to administer essential routines, assisting with the production of management reports and statistics, utilising and developing your problem solving skills and handling departmental and customer enquiries .
(*the rate of pay is £4.05 for apprentices under 18, for those aged 18 – 20 the rate of pay is £5.60 per hour, and for those aged 21 – 24 £7.05 per hour).
