Sign up or pay for a brown garden bin collection

Our waste collection service is a cost effective way of disposing your household garden waste.

At North Norfolk District Council, we are delivering a significant programme of Digital Transformation which will impact on every aspect of our organisation. It will deliver better value, quality, and efficiency in all of our services across North Norfolk.

At the heart of that transformation is the development of an enabling technology platform based upon the Microsoft technology stack.

In support of this we are looking to appoint an assistant systems engineer within the Network Team of the IT Section. The vacancy has arisen as a result of promotion of the previous post holder.

As a member of a highly collaborative and supportive team you will be supporting users of the Council’s IT systems and technology. You will have experience of supporting a wide range of users of standard Microsoft Office Software, Desktop and Mobile Hardware and other software applications.

We expect you to already have some experience in a similar role and be keen to extend your skills and experience of an enterprise IT infrastructure.

You will be flexible, adaptable and committed to good customer service in your approach to work.

You will require good technical skills and a strong desire to develop and extend these.

North Norfolk District Council is committed to equality and diversity in employment and encourages applications from all sections of the community.

We offer employees a friendly working environment, flexible working hours and a career average pension scheme.

Please note that we do not accept CVs unless accompanied by a fully completed application form. No agencies please. Please send all completed application forms to HR@north-norfolk.gov.uk
