North Norfolk District Council is running seated exercise classes in Sheringham, Cromer and Holt for only £1 per session.
The health and fitness classes are designed to support people who have trouble doing standing exercise or who enjoy a gentle work-out while sitting down.
Cllr Becky Palmer Cabinet Member for Health and Wellbeing said: “These classes are great to get you stronger, fitter and healthier. And you’re having fun at the same time.
“I would encourage anyone to have a go at seated exercise – it’s great for people of any age and any level of fitness.”
The exercise classes are at:
- Holt Library on Mondays 10-10.45am,
- Cromer Library on Thursdays 2-2.45pm, and
- Sheringham Library on Fridays 2-2.45pm.
