Parking in NNDC car parks will be free on Remembrance Sunday (November 12th).

In response to local community wishes, North Norfolk District Council will waive parking fees all day on Remembrance Sunday.

Cllr Tom FitzPatrick, Leader of North Norfolk District Council, said: “Those wishing to mark Remembrance Sunday will be welcome to use all Council car parks around the district for free.

“There will be no charges for any users on that day and there will be signs on ticket machines explaining that parking is free for the duration of the day so people parking their cars will not have to worry about finding change or overstaying their time.”

Parking charges in North Norfolk District Council car parks usually apply from 8am to 6pm. On November 12th all Council run car parks will be free during these hours.
