North Norfolk District Council (NNDC) is inviting business owners to attend a free training event designed to help them deliver exceptional customer service.
The free workshop will take place at the Council’s offices in Cromer on Wednesday 31 January from 2.30pm – 5.30pm with spaces available on a first come basis. It will be delivered by Richard Voisey of NWES, an organisation that provides business support, boost self-employment and encourage enterprise.
The workshop is aimed at businesses who interact with customers either face to face or via the telephone and will include valuable information including how to handle customer complaints and how to create opportunities for positive feedback.
Cllr Nigel Dixon, NNDC’s Cabinet Member for Business & Economic Development said: “This free course is great for new and existing business owners to understand how they can deliver exceptional service that will ensure customers leave shops, cafes and businesses in north Norfolk feeling like their custom is valued, encouraging them to return.”
