From February 1st, new Payment Card Industry security standards aimed at making customers' payments more secure will come into effect.
It isn't anticipated this will be a complicated issue for customers as we still have lots of ways to pay that are easy to use, secure and convenient - and there will be plenty of advice for individuals from our staff.
Using our online portal is a quick and easy way to make payment - just click on the ‘Pay’ tab on the home screen.
The main change in future will only affect customers who have previously called us and relayed their card details verbally, as they will no longer be able to do this. However we will offer to transfer callers wishing to make payment to an automated system that will take card details and process the payment. This will help ensure your details are secure.
