Preparatory works are underway and North Norfolk District Council continues to work at pace with contractors to ensure the upper levels of netting it has committed to remove from the cliffs is done so safely.
Minimum levels will be retained to assist in progressing with this critical project to protect people’s homes and national infrastructure.
Discussions continue to take place between the Council and the RSPB about the material to be used on the lower section of cliff to allow this to happen.
Members of the public are reminded that the cliffs are not safe to climb on.
