During the COVID-19 pandemic North Norfolk District Council has concentrated its efforts on helping the community and keeping its staff safe.

With most Council services now available online to help control the spread of COVID-19, the Cromer office is only open to customers with prearranged appointments or urgent enquiries.

If you cannot resolve your enquiry online you can contact us via, live web chat, webform or call us on 01263 513811 to see if we can deal with your enquiry over the telephone.

If necessary, we will book you in a face-to-face or Skype appointment. Please be aware when attending for a face-to-face appointment you will be asked to undertake hand-washing process and there is a temperature reader on arrival. This is to protect yourself, other customers and Council Staff.

Please bear in mind, if you do come to the Council offices without an appointment you may have a long wait before anyone is able to help you or you might be asked to return on a different day for an appointment.
