As part of our work to maintain refuse collection services during the Coronavirus outbreak we have made some small changes to the way your waste is collected.
Since Monday March 23, collection times in the district have been staggered to avoid unnecessary contact between crews at the depot, with some rounds beginning collections from 6:30am.
Many of you have likely seen no difference in collection times, but our general advice is to put your bin out the night before your normal collection day and leave it out until it has been collected.
If you are self-isolating because you or a member of your household is showing symptoms of Coronavirus, please read and follow the advice on the Public Health England website on how to deal with your waste. This will help others during this time.
We ask for your cooperation, if able to, in putting your bin out on at your usual bin collection point as normal.
View Information on your bin collections including the collection day for your address.
We would like to thank you for your co-operation during this time.
