Like many industries, the Arts has been hit particularly hard by the Coronavirus pandemic, sadly including our iconic Cromer Pier. Lockdown and subsequent Government restrictions have made putting on the usual award-winning performances impossible.
Despite this, the team at Openwide (the contract managers of the Pier) have been working tirelessly to navigate the new guidelines, creating a safe and enjoyable environment for visitors to make the most of the Tides Restaurant and Pavilion bar.
Part of this work includes contacting ticketholders for shows which can no longer go ahead under the current restrictions.
Debs Lewis, Marketing and Sales Manager commented: “We have been overwhelmed by the support shown so far with many people kindly donating their ticket cost, it has been immensely helpful in these incredibly challenging times for the theatre and the pier. If you are not able to donate and we completely understand if it is not possible, tickets can be exchanged for a credit voucher for future shows or can be refunded in full. We are doing our very best to get all requests processed as quickly as we possibly can.
Customers can call the refund helpline 01263 512495, Monday to Friday 9:30am to 12:30pm and 4pm to 6pm. Please be patient there is only one available line and if you cannot get through please try again.
