Norfolk County Council Trading Standards are highlighting the latest consumer scams in Norfolk.
All business rated properties have a rateable value which is set by the Valuation Office Agency (VOA). You can check your rateable value and compare it with others on the VOA website.
Historically, the VOA has re-assessed the Rateable Values of all Non Domestic properties every five years. This process is known as revaluation and the most recent one became effective on 1 April 2010. The Government has confirmed that the next revaluation will be postponed until 1 April 2017.View my property valuation
