Previous Awards for community grants and funding
Local groups reap the rewards from our Arts and Culture, Community Transport and North Norfolk Sustainable Communities Grant Funds
We have awarded more than £165,499 from the three funds between September and December 2020.
The panels of the Arts and Culture Fund, Community Transport Fund and North Norfolk Sustainable Communities Fund have met twice, where grants of £6,500, £40,000, and £118,999 to support a range of community groups and organisations have been agreed.
The worthy local causes which benefited from these latest rounds of funding include:

Potter Heigham Village Hall | £10,000 | Solar panel and battery backup installation to reduce the halls carbon footprint. |
Sculthorpe Village Hall | £1,000 | The installation of Broadband/Wi-Fi in the hall and the purchase of a laptop and iPad. |
Sea Palling Village Hall | £10,000 | The removal of asbestos sheets and replacement roof slates and insulation. |
St Seraphim’s Trust | £9,736 | The installation of a cabin in the quiet gardens as part of the Headspace project. |
Stalham Men’s Shed | £6,000 | The purchase of equipment, PPE and safety equipment for the newly set up club. |
Treehouse Café, Holt | £6,760 | To purchase a Yurt and internal furnishings for the Wellbeing at the Treehouse project. |
