66 Affordable homes were developed across the North Norfolk District in 2015/16 17 at Church Street, Briston, 17 at Roughton Road Cromer (13 affordable rent and 4 shared equity), 16 (sheltered) at School Close, Ludham, 15 at Portafield, Stalham, 1 at Robert Smith Court, Stalham.

We are expecting 103 new affordable homes to be delivered throughout 2016/17 at the following locations in North Norfolk District

The completion date information set out below is indicative. We regularly monitor and review the expected completion dates with the Registered Provider and developers to ensure they are met as far as it is possible.

2016/17 (1st April 2016 - 31st March 2017)

Staithe Place, Market Lane, Wells next the sea, Phase 1, 10 homes, Victory Housing Trust (10 affordable rent). Completed April 2016.

Ingham Road, Stalham 15 homes, Saffron Housing Trust (15 affordable rent) homes. Completed April 2016.

Staithe Place, Market Lane, Wells next the sea, Phase 2, 19 homes, Victory Housing Trust (19 affordable rent). Completed May 2016.

Blowlands Lane, Upper Sheringham - Exception Housing Scheme, 8 homes, Broadland Housing Association (8 affordable rent). Local lettings apply to this development as set out in the Local Allocations Agreement. Completed December 2016.

Church Lane, Northrepps, 8 homes, Victory Housing Trust, (6 affordable rent and 2 shared ownership). Completion expected February 2017.

Staithe Place, Market Lane, Wells next the sea, Phase 3, 11 homes, Victory Housing Trust (11 affordable rent). Completion expected March 2017.
