The Self-Build & Custom Housebuilding Act 2015 requires local councils to maintain and publish a register of people or groups interested in acquiring land for self or custom housebuilding projects in their area.
The register will inform the council about the demand for self-build and custom build plots, including the location and types of homes that are desired.
You can register your interest for a custom or self-build plot by completing the online registration form:
We will use the information to explore ways in which it might be possible for people and plots to be matched together. Registration does not however guarantee that a suitable plot will be identified, or become available.
