Council Information Centres

A project is underway to promote and further develop local Council Information Centres (CICs) across Norfolk. This will help local 'area offices' to build on their existing presence and help provide information to residents about council services and help them deal with both District and County Councils. The scheme will help cut across County and District boundaries and will aim to provide a 'one-stop-shop' for local people.

There are a number of offices already in existence, including Fakenham, Aylsham and Wroxham.

Further details regarding the Centres in Norfolk can be seen on the Norfolk County Council website.

Fakenham Connect |
Do you live in the Fakenham area? Did you know there is a Council Information Centre, called Fakenham Connect, right on your doorstep? On-site staff offer a range of services, including a freephone to the District Council.
