On 15 January 2020, the Council made: THE NORTH NORFOLK DISTRICT COUNCIL (NO 1, 1 HIGH STREET, SHERINGHAM NR26 8JP) COMPULSORY PURCHASE ORDER 2020 in respect of the building formerly known and the Shannocks Hotel in Sheringham.

This Compulsory Purchase Order has been submitted to the Secretary of State for Homes, Communities and Local Government for confirmation. A public inquiry will be held to hear the evidence on whether the Compulsory Purchase Order should be confirmed.
