Commercial and Prescribed Waste Collections

North Norfolk District Council offers businesses a waste and recycling collection service (excluding liquid and hazardous waste) from as little as £5.62 per collection for refuse and £3.11 per collection for recycling. Also NNDC does not make an additional charge for your Duty of Care Document.

For NNDC purposes business waste is categorised as:

  • Commercial: Waste/recycling generated from all business rated premises excluding those listed above.

Please note we do not collect industrial waste (including farm waste), poisonous or noxious waste, liquid waste or oil (for information regarding these types of waste please use the link at the bottom of the page for Big-E).

Collection of domestic refuse and recycling from business premises

Where commercial or prescribed premises incorporate living accommodation (e.g. public houses) domestic collections will be made for waste and recycling from the living accomodation only, and not waste generated by your business.
