Exploring International Coastal Adaptation Examples

In November 2023, Resilient Coasts Ltd were commissioned by Coastwise, to conduct a rapid evidence review of worldwide adaptation and transition initiatives for coastal erosion.
The project objectives were to review adaptation and transition practical actions, projects, examples, policies, plans, and actions across sectors that could help advance good practice in delivering coastal adaptation in England.
The project outputs were intended to provide learnings for delivering coastal adaptation in England. In this report, recommendations were presented based on key project findings, that could be integrated into planning for and implementing adaptation actions for the eroding coastline of North Norfolk.
